A. Cancellation Policy
Introduction
Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or independent professional activity.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although it is not mandatory.

If you make use of this online option, we will immediately provide you with a confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail), including information on the content of the withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time it was received.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value results from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
General Information
- Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging together with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use suitable protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure that the goods are adequately protected against transport damage by using appropriate packaging.
- Please do not return the goods freight collect.
- Please note that the above points 1–2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
