Your satisfaction is our top priority. Should something not fit or an item have a defect, we will help you quickly and easily.
Revocation
You can revoke your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without stating any reasons.
Submit revocation:

- send us an email to info@lion-instinct.com
Returns
After your revocation, you will receive all return information from us.
Please send the goods, if possible:
- unworn
- unwashed
- in the original packaging
Complaint
Is your item damaged or does it have a production defect?
Then please send us:
- your order number
- a short description
- 2-3 photos of the problem
We will get back to you as soon as possible with a solution.
Refund
After receiving and checking your return, we will refund the purchase amount using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
